These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Alpha IT Services' website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Alpha IT Services provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, help desk support, network management, and related technology consulting services as described on our website and in individual service agreements.
Service Agreements
Specific service terms, including scope of work, service levels, and pricing, are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work provided to each client.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We accept payments via check, credit card, ACH, and wire transfer. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to transmit harmful code, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Alpha IT Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Limitation of Liability
Alpha IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate managed services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Project-based services are governed by individual project terms.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Union County, New Jersey.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
